As per reported information, it has come to light that a medical professor has recently made some highly important and urgent statements regarding the effectiveness and impact of routine exercise on the general health and wellbeing of people, especially those suffering from the condition of obesity or is just overweight.
He said that it is extremely moral and much needed for GPs to recommend exercise on a daily basis to their patients so as to make sure they experience a positive enhancement in their health. Also, it has been said that physical exercise on a routine basis can really prove significant in combating the quickly mushrooming mayhem of obesity.
Along the same lines, doctors have been urged by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners to prescribe exercise on a daily basis to obese people and also to those who are fairly or moderately overweight. Making a strange point, the medical expert further added that doctors must also recommend exercise to people who are thin, especially if they are not going through a physically active lifestyle on the whole.
While revealing his viewpoints in this scenario, along with highlighting what all pros can one wait for in the general health and fitness by exercising on a routine basis, one of the prominent medical officials from the University of Western Australia, Professor Daniel Green, claimed that, “Though bariatric surgery is becoming an increasingly popular solution to weight loss, exercise is still a valuable part of the health equation for overweight and obese people”.
The statements describing the positive influence of a routine physical push on the overall health of a person have been made available in an article which has been published in the latest issue of the Medical Journal of Australia.
