“The fact that it has become sustained not only suggests an orchestration and a strong organization by those sponsoring the upsurge to spill more innocent Nigerian blood but also, a failure of leadership”, said Trade Union Congress of Nigeria, while releasing a statement during the observance of 51st independence day.
The TUC has blamed insecurity, and said that frequent episodes of bombings have executed number of lives. Further, it said that these brutal acts account severe human as well as resource losses.
In addition, the TUC has also raised major concerns over increasing levels of insecurity in the country and marked it as clue that reflects flaws of leadership. Simultaneously, it has hailed Government to take some immediate actions with a focus on concentrate efforts and resources to efficiently deal with the security challenges.
Meanwhile, the “Movement for Social Change”, a socio-political move has urged the Federal Government regarding amnesty grant to the dreaded Islamic sect. Further, the MSC has also hailed the Government to consider it an urgent matter and arrange things to evacuate thousands of Nigerians living across the regions of Libya, as an attempt to save their lives.
